Every Wednesday at 6:30pm (UAE time) I read a potty story before our main story time. It's perfect for little ones who need a gentle nudge, the key potty words, a little encouragement, or simply to feel relaxed about poo and pee. Potty learners are very welcome to stay on for the main story too!

30-Minute Consultation

A focused 30-minute one-to-one potty training session with Principal Lisa, The Potty Queen. This session is perfect if you have one clear question, need reassurance about what to do next, or feel stuck with a particular potty challenge.
We may cover starting potty learning, readiness and capability, accidents, regressions, nursery concerns, resistance, fear of the toilet, or moving forward without pressure. This is a shorter, focused consultation, not a full assessment.
Deep Dive Assessment

This is my most comprehensive potty consultation, designed for families who need more than a quick answer. Before we even meet, I will have read through your assessment in detail and started preparing your notes.
I come into the session already knowing the areas I want to explore, the questions I need to ask, and the patterns I want to understand, so we can use our 75 minutes really well. Together, we will work through your child’s history, current potty journey, routines, behaviour, environment, and family circumstances to start identifying what may be underneath the difficulty.
At the end of the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive written plan, bringing together what we have discussed and giving you clear, practical next steps for Phase One. The aim is for you to leave understanding your child better, knowing why certain patterns may be happening, and feeling clear about what to do next.
Your Deep Dive also includes access to The Potty Queen Method and four free weeks of the Happy Families Clubhouse, giving you additional guidance and support beyond the session itself. Families are encouraged to book a follow-up session the following week so we can review what has changed, adjust the plan and decide on the next phase.
Follow-up sessions are available at the reduced rate of AED 400.
The Family Reset™

A four-week coaching and implementation programme combining assessment, follow-up coaching, structured accountability, and ongoing support to help families put their personalised parenting plan into practice. This may cover any areas of family life, from stressful mealtimes to potty training to sleep.
We will start with a 75-minute Parent Reset Assessment Action Plan. Three 30-minute coaching calls. Four weeks of weekday check-ins.
WhatsApp support Monday to Friday from 9.00 am. Detailed consultation notes and written action plan. Families often tell me that the biggest value of the four-week plan is the accountability it gives them.
It helps them stay on track when their child suddenly changes direction, when something that was working stops working, or when a new challenge appears along the way. It can also provide support around conversations or meetings with a nursery or school, helping families feel clearer and better prepared.
Most families who choose this level of support have already been struggling for some time, so the aim is to make sure the agreed actions are implemented, reviewed, and adjusted quickly, rather than letting the same difficulties continue for weeks or months.

Lisa works with your child and family in person, in your own home: in Dubai, or elsewhere in the UAE when travel is arranged (transport and travel time covered, or a driver provided). After you pay, Lisa will WhatsApp you to pick a day.

Why The Potty Queen Method™ Exists
Potty learning has never been new to me...
As a Nursery Principal, I supported class after class of toddlers each year, often around sixty children at a time, guiding them from a reliance on nappies to confident toileting independence, ready for school. I loved seeing how happy it made the families, and the child seemed to walk a little taller with their pants on.
This practical work has always been part of early years education for me. What changed during COVID was not my experience or my method, but my reach. Families began coming to me from beyond the classroom and beyond the local community, and I noticed a pattern.
By the time many parents sought one-to-one support, potty learning had already become complicated. Withholding had set in. Confidence had dropped. Several attempts had already been made. And research shows that repeated unsuccessful starts can make the process harder for children and parents alike.
My diary became filled with complex cases.
So I began to ask a different question...
What if families could be supported before potty struggles became entrenched? What if the foundations were laid the first time properly?
